It took just four working days from the enquiry to the first delivery of hygienic partitions for the savings bank branches of Sparkasse Niederösterreich Mitte West AG. During these few days, Forster designed, produced and delivered 36 partitions. The dm order was handled with similar promptness: In a record six working days from enquiry to first delivery, Forster produced 387 hygienic partitions for the Austrian outlets of dm, a record that included the design of a sample.

Clearly an ingenious design

The virus screen is made from crystal-clear polycarbonate, a material known for its great tensile strength and high transparency. The partition is easy to clean with disinfectants without affecting its surface.

A highlight of the hygienic partition for dm is its highly practical design. A single design suits two types of cash desks. Its side panels offer almost 360° protection. The partitions made for the savings banks are a self-supporting design that is simply placed onto the counter.
